CHow can I build a brand specific UI or design for our mobile app?
IBrands can do this by developing a custom theme file on react native and linking the custom theme file to app via Appmaker dashboard. You can either develop the theme file inhouse or through one of our agency partners. Changes can be on an ongoing basis by making edits to the theme file [managed on git].
I am looking to switch from another app builder platform . What will happen to our existing users?
Our publishing team will work closely with your team to ensure that the migration is planned well and happens smoothy so that your existing users are brought on to the new redesigned app. We have done migrations for several brands and have a time tested process & playbook in place.
What are the other costs ?
None. However if you have custom needs [design, plugins, mobile only workflows etc] and do not have react native capability in house, you might want to budget for engaging an agency partner for your development needs. Our solutioning engineers will be available throughout to guide & support all custom development.
What does personalised app launch assistance entail?
Launch assistance will handhold you through the process of initial launch and guide you through the process of growing your initial audience & sales for your mobile store. Our publishing experts will offer tailor made personalised insights every step of the way. Post the initial three month period, our publishing experts will be available to guide you through each of your subsequent releases–until launch of magic releases that do away with releases entirely that is.
Can I switch between different Shopify app partners?
We understand that brands value the flexibility & choice in working with app partners. We place no restrictions on app integrations. Brands may integrate [or remove] as many Shopify app integration as they wish to on an ongoing basis by installing / uninstalling their respective plugins.
Why don't I just do the mobile app in inhouse?
